REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
We want every Veterans Candy Shop order to arrive exactly as expected. Because many of the products we sell are food, consumables, collectibles, bullion, and specialty items, our return and cancellation policies vary depending on the type of product purchased.
Food & Consumable Products
For food safety and quality reasons, all food, candy, beverages, MREs, supplements, sauces, and other consumable products are final sale once shipped.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on consumable products based on personal taste, flavor preference, texture, heat level, or other matters of personal preference.
If a consumable product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise unusable due to an issue with your order, please contact us so we can review the situation and make it right.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging when applicable
Please retain the product and all original packaging until your claim has been reviewed. We may need photographs or additional information to evaluate damage that occurred during shipment.
When a claim is approved, Veterans Candy Shop may, depending on the circumstances, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Non-Consumable Merchandise
Eligible non-consumable merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, merchandise must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.
Please contact us before returning an item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Unless the return is due to an error by Veterans Candy Shop or an item arriving damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Collectibles, Bullion & Market-Priced Items
Certain collectibles, precious metals, bullion, coins, and other market-priced or limited-availability items may be final sale.
Because the value of these products can fluctuate based on market conditions, orders for these items may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once the order has been confirmed or processed.
Any product-specific return restrictions displayed on the product page will apply.
Order Cancellations
We begin processing orders as quickly as possible.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate the request if fulfillment has not begun.
Once an order has entered fulfillment, been processed for shipment, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Orders containing market-priced items, bullion, precious metals, or certain collectibles may not be eligible for cancellation once the order has been placed.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow additional processing time for your bank, credit-card company, or other payment provider to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund results from an error by Veterans Candy Shop or an approved claim involving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
